Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct in-person or virtual demonstrations of security camera systems.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and effectively.
- Proposal and Quotation:
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and updates for management.
- After-Sales Support:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting or installation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or security sector.
- Strong understanding of security camera systems and related technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
