We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in security camera systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing customers with innovative security solutions.

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs.
    • Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  3. Product Demonstrations:
    • Conduct in-person or virtual demonstrations of security camera systems.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and effectively.
  4. Proposal and Quotation:
    • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently.
  5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
  6. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM software.
    • Generate regular sales reports and updates for management.
  7. After-Sales Support:
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
    • Address client concerns and coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting or installation support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or security sector.
  • Strong understanding of security camera systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B sales or enterprise security solutions.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain product functionalities.
  • Knowledge of security industry trends and regulations.
